Upper apartment
This apartment has a total area of 65 sqm. It is completely separated from the other two apartments as it has an entrance from the upper street. Parking is next to the house in the street close to the entrance (free parking zone).

Very large, 65 sqm apartment, which can be reached from the stairs leading to the courtyard or from the terrace.
Upon entering we enter the kitchen / dining room from where there is a separate spacious bedroom to the right and to the left. Both rooms have their own bathroom.

The newly built three-storey building has three separate apartments. Each of the apartments has a different size, layout and number of rooms.
